In 2008 Zoltán Krasznai, who later founded our company, was diagnosed with serious lumbar spinal hernia. Thanks to the help he received from professional therapists he was able to recover without undergoing surgery. As it happens, however, with people who have suffered a spinal hernia, his life was never going to be the same again. While doing regular exercises and following the treatment and lifestyle plan for a healthy spine, he decided to do research on the prevention of spinal hernia and the chronic pain associated with it.
